My mothers unit needed a part he had to go pick up however Lowell made sure her unit was working temporarily before he left and returned the very next day to replace the broken part. The unit has been working like a dream ever since. Not only was Callahan Mechanical respectful to my mother and very reasonably priced, Lowell and his son (family owned and operated company) were dependable and very honest.
